Rules for accounts, comments and publication notifications.

These texts cover a personal, non-commercial website. They must be reviewed if advertising, paid services, new providers or materially different processing are introduced.
Accounts and identity
One person may use a real name or a stable pseudonym. Impersonation and access to another person’s account are prohibited. Registration and notification consent are separate choices.
Anonymous and registered comments
Both are accepted. Registered comments show only that the account is registered. Anonymous comments ask for no email, store no IP address with the comment and may use an optional pseudonym. All comments are held for prior moderation.
Conversation standard
Disagreement and robust criticism are welcome. Threats, harassment, disclosure of third-party private data, spam, impersonation, clearly unlawful material and incitement to violence are not accepted. Moderation considers context and does not imply endorsement of published comments.
Moderation decisions
Comments may be approved, rejected, marked as spam or answered. Accounts may be suspended to protect the service or third parties. A correction or review may be requested through the contact form.
Rights in comments
The commenter retains rights in original contributions and grants the site a non-exclusive permission to display them with the related article and moderation reply. The commenter must have the right to submit the material.
